Pros: What I like most about AltaPoint EHR Software is how straightforward it is to use, especially for front desk and administrative tasks. Scheduling appointments, managing patient profiles, and handling billing workflows are all pretty easy to navigate.
Cons: The biggest issue we have experienced is performance. The system can be slow at times, especially when switching between screens, and we have had occasional freezing issues that interrupt workflow.
