Antworks Healthcare Software is an Electronic Health Records (EHR) software system which offers clinical, financial and administrative tools to healthcare service providers working across a number of specialties. The software can be hosted on the practice’s server remotely and is most suitable for large scale practices and hospitals.
The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) system of the software allows charge entry, processing claims, coding, posting, denial management, and collections. The Electronic Health Records (EHR) Systems also offers consulting services and reviews of the performance to have an idea and a detailed analysis of the lost revenue. Antworks’ Patient Communication tool includes a patient portal that helps with storing patient information, scheduling appointments and appointment reminders.
The top EMR software also features a claims tracking module that provides acknowledgment reports, payer response reports submission reports, processing reports, rejected claims reports, etc. The software comes with monthly subscription plans and perpetual licensing is also available. The customer support service is also available via phone, email, and online.
AntWorks Clinical EHR Software, Version 7.1 recently got certified by Drummond Group and attained the 2015 Edition Complete Ambulatory EHR Certification.

Pros: The EHR is extremely user friendly - putting charges on hold and releasing when needing to bill is very easy.
Cons: I wish there was a way to group monthly reports together instead of clicking for each one individually.
Verdict: I cannot say enough good things about customer support - they were very prompt and fixed whatever issues we had!

Pros: The system is easy to use and the interface between the EHR and management software works fantastically. All of the meetings with patients are laid out very systematically, making chart reviewing much easier compared to other EHR software.
Cons: The immunization feature is not user friendly because it doesn allow you to correct errors.
Verdict: We have been using this product for almost a decade, and we would not consider switching to another now that we are so invested in this one.

Pros: Adding in different codes is very quick and efficient. You can also download insurance company payments and even track all payments.
Cons: The service is very slow at times.
Verdict: I really like the staff who are willing to help with every issue.

Pros: Very user friendly. Easy to learn and easy to teach to other new users. The check and balance system lets us find everything we are looking for incredibly quickly.
Cons: I would prefer all billing tabs to be under one tab instead of many other ones.
