Pros: The APTA Connect EMR Software documentation has a lot of useful options for physical therapy and the scheduling and treatment planning tools fit into the normal workflow pretty well. I also like the reporting because there is a lot of information available when we need to look at patient progress or practice performance.
Cons: There is a lot in the system, so it can take some time to learn where everything is.
Verdict: APTA Connect is a strong EMR option for our rehabilitation practice which requires detailed documentation and a system that understands therapy workflows.

Pros: Unfortunately there is nothing to praise. The software feels outdated compared to other EMR systems we have used. There are not many options to choose documentation either.
Cons: Frequent crashes and slow support responses make it difficult to rely on this system daily.
Verdict: I would not recommend APTA Connect in its current state.
