It will relieve the providers to turn to their computers to, for instance, bill the patients and can easily do from their phone from wherever they are.<br \/>\nathenahealth CEO Jonathan Bush said, \u201cThis goes so much further than the average \u2018virtual assistant\u2019 in healthcare.&#8221;<br \/>\nBush further added that their main goal was to take away the dull work providers often have to do. This grunt work includes dealing with insurance claims, document services, faxes, authorization management and denials. Bush thinks that no doctor wants to do this sort of work as they have never been schooled to do it. He also said that it was the work that causes the most physician burnout, an epidemic that is plaguing the US healthcare industry.<br \/>\nExperts have observed that the past year managed to turn out to be a very interesting one for athenahealth. The company was forced to tighten its belt and layoff staffers along with shuttering some locations as an investor acquired approximately 10 percent of the healthcare IT company\u2019s stock.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.emrsystems.net\/blog\/athenahealth-collaborates-with-noteswift\/\">athenahealth<\/a> has reportedly transitioned to an agile development culture.
