Health Recovery Solutions can feed information into Lee Health\u2019s Epic EHR Software<\/a>. This integration of information will allow providers at the hospital to know a patient\u2019s entire clinical record.<\/p>\n As a result, the hospital is sending fewer people to emergency departments. A few months ago before the use of Epic-linked remote patient monitoring about 17% of the remotely monitored patients required a higher level of care. Now the range is between 3% to 5%.<\/p>\n Patients at Lee Health are highly satisfied and engaged with the proactive RPM program.
