CareVoyant Outpatient module, formerly known as Medsys software, is an ICD-10 compliant practice management EMR solution. CareVoyant’s Home Care is a complete and comprehensive solution for healthcare facilities that provide Private Duty, Nursing Home Care (Skilled, Non-Medical, Adult or Pediatric), Home Health and Therapy Services for Private Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid Patients and Private Pay.
CareVoyant’s Long Term Care is a totally integrated EHR, billing and Business Intelligence (BI) solution that enables facilities to improve the level of Resident Care, uphold compliance and manage numerous levels with ONE software solution.
CareVoyant offers Medical Billing and Accounts Receivable software solutions. The healthcare billing engine is capable of managing payer requirements across multiple lines of business. It also Interfaces with the EMR, CRM or workflow management software.

Pros: It offers a great feature set. Its easy to customize, the customer support team are really helpful, and its also updated very frequently. The reporting and interface are really well designed.
Cons: The pricing and setup are not the most user friendly points. It can take sometime to get everything setup, and with all of the modules the pricing can be pretty steep.
Verdict: With the features it already offers and its support, I think CareVoyant is a fantastic EMR software solution.

Pros: Support is fantastic, and for the most part it takes care of the important aspects of home care.
Cons: Ive been finding it pretty difficult and cumbersome, but the people at CV seem to be taking the feedback on board and bringing some much appreciated updates to the EMR.
Verdict: There are probably better systems out there, but with the updates I cant see it not getting better from here.

Pros: It is an overall great software. Nice and simple to use. It frequently updates to bring in new and improved changes we always look forward to. Its customer support is very friendly and helpful and always available for help.

Pros: All its features are great, but I love the schedule view the most. It is very easy to manage the scheduler with its one screen does it all layout. Its app is also as amazing as the software itself.
Cons: Not as many updates I would say.
