Pros: At first I found its overall layout to be quite overwhelming but then turns out that it is not only simple but also very easy to learn and understand. It did not take long to train our staff. Scheduling is also quite advanced as it lets us schedule and plan even for months ahead of time.
Cons: The help and support is a bit of a struggle to get to, though they offer some self help tools, but they are not always what you are looking for.
Verdict: Simple and easy to understand.

Pros: ChiroSpring making EHR to meaningful use and support staff have helped our staff with the basics training.
Cons: Providers and chiro staff do not need to learn everything in at their first go-live date.
Verdict: Can't bring the note from the progress note without locking one or the other not being able to open multiple windows.

Pros: It has amazing features. I would specifically like to mention the soap notes here, as they are not only very easy but also customizable as per our needs. I believe this software system to be the best choice for chiropractors as it seems to have been designed keeping our specific needs in mind.
Cons: The system gets slow after the updates. Not all the time but most of times it does and it is quite disturbing in that way.
Verdict: The best software system for chiropractors.
