Pros: The support is amazing. Reporting is very good and the practice management is easy to learn and use on a daily basis.

Cons: The contract was quite unclear. I still don’t really know what is included and what is not, in our package.

Verdict: The software program I used earlier was very slow and of course different from what I have now. Very happy with it.

Pros: This is an absolutely amazing software system, with solutions for orthopaedic related practice management.

Cons: The support is very poor and has literally become a pain for our support staff when troubleshooting.

Pros: There are many features to like but my favorite is being able to auto-fill data from any previous visits and be able to quickly see the progress or set a reminder etc.

Cons: The software is so efficient and functional, have had no issues at all.

Verdict: Really glad to have Compulink Orthopaedic Advantage EMR in our office.

Pros: I love its compatibility with cellphones and tablets. We can conveniently voice dictate and remotely enter the data as we examine the patients.

Cons: Poor training and terrible support.

Verdict: Compulink Orthopaedic Advantage offers great convenience and time saving.

Pros: Compulink is highly functional for all the aspects of our medical centre. I personally like the patient portal where all our clients can directly get engaged in their care.

Cons: Nothing really, this software works great.

Pros: There are several great features of this software, but the best is the practice management side of this software system. We can also regulate the orders and procedures of our office easily.

Cons: There are some, though minor, glitches in the system but I would rather ignore them.

Pros: We have had improvements in some transitional fields such as registry, population health management and clearinghouse.

Cons: Though we have seen improvement, but I would still say it is an inflexible and has limited ability in practice management. Also, having to put in a ticket for every single time you need help is ridiculous.

Verdict: Compulink Orthopaedic Advantage EMR needs to be more user-friendly.

Pros: Compulink Orthopaedic Advantage EMR is probably the best software for orthopaedic healthcare industry.

Cons: We have recently switched from athenahealth and we are so pleased with the change.

Verdict: I must say that using this software has been a great experience.

Cons: The font size in the entire system is very small and there is no way you can change it. I find it very annoying.

Pros: Compulink practice management streamlines the front desk with our clinical workflow. The scheduling is customizable and the automated reminders and patient data capture is simply amazing.

Cons: Taking notes is quite complicated. I have complained to the company about this issue, but the response has not helped at all.

Verdict: The software is great but support is very poor.
