Pros: I have had a difficult time with this software from the start. The interface feels outdated and not as intuitive as other EHRs I have used. Some features are helpful but the overall experience has been frustrating.
Cons: The system is very slow and crashes often. Customer service is not helpful and takes too long to respond.
