Pros: EZNotes is excellent on the surface it looks great. After you pass through really deep into the program to maximize it.
Cons: Customer support is almost non-existant if you want something more than the routine minimal functionality.
Verdict: I never implemented the system and was in the training process when I discovered the gaps in service and the corporate policy.
