Cons: We experience delays when using it during peak times. Reporting tools could be better.

Pros: The software has made it easy to create and document patient encounters. The iPad and laptop connections make it extremely flexible and has helped me to practice on the go. I really like the intuitive and useful dashboards that are available also the customer support is excellent.
Cons: The e-Prescribing feature needs to get better. The directory listings lack an intuitive interface.
Verdict: Provides the necessary functionalities for Long-term care with regulatory updates specific to post-acute care groups. Quite satisfied with the technical staff members.

Pros: Traning new clinicians is easy due to the intuitive interface of the EHR software. Really like the search engine for patient diagnosis.
Cons: There is a lack of online scheduling functionality to set up clinic hours.
