Pros: The billing process is what I find most appealing about Genesis Chiropractic Software. Tracking claims is simple, and I do not have to go through several panels to understand where things stand. It has significantly reduced the stress of managing insurance.
Cons: I find that some helpful features are only available as costly add ons frustrating. Particularly for a smaller business, the monthly expenses can mount up rapidly
Verdict: It took some time to set up first, but once everything was set up, it was lot simpler to use.

Pros: I feel like Genesis is useful because it really focuses on chiropractic workflows, so things like notes, care plans, and billing feel more organized once you understand it.
Cons: What I do not really like is that it can feel a bit slow and confusing sometimes, especially when you are still learning it or trying to find specific features.
Verdict: I think it is a solid system for managing a busy chiropractic clinic but not the kind of software you instantly feel comfortable with
