Pros: iClassPro Class Management Software has made managing our gymnastics program much easier. Online registration, class scheduling, attendance tracking, billing, and the parent portal all work together, so we spend much less time on administrative tasks. Parents like being able to enroll their children, make payments, and receive updates without having to call the office.
Cons: There are also a few reporting limitations, and we would like more flexibility when customizing certain reports. While support is excellent, I think the software could benefit from a cleaner, more modern interface.
Verdict: iClassPro Class Management system is packed with features that genuinely help manage registrations, payments, attendance, and communication in one place.

Pros: The interface feels fairly intuitive once you get used to it and the appointment scheduling tools are organized nicely. I particularly like that it integrates billing and patient records in one place. The software makes the day flow smoother.
Cons: Customization is limited which makes it hard to tailor templates as per the needs of our clinic.
Verdict: A decent and practical EMR for small to mid sized practices. It is not perfect but it is reliable enough once you learn its quirks.

Pros: This software is just amazing. Our customers can conveniently find what they need, from a simple class or party booking to an updating account information or making payments. It is all there and so easy to understand and navigate.
Cons: We have not had any issues at all.

Pros: I find the customer portal to be its best feature. It is more of an extension of our existing website where parents can easily access to class bookings, account updates, and even payments.
Cons: Just that the list of options are so many that it gets a bit hard to find the right one on time.
Verdict: It has all the amazing features; we could not have asked for more
