Pros: There are many good features inside InSync EHR and it covers a lot of what I need daily. Billing and scheduling are very simple and I like how everything is connected in one place. It also lets me change a lot of settings to match my way of working which I find very helpful.
Cons: The only issue is sometimes it feels like there are too many menus and it takes time to find some things. Customer support is good but can be slow.
Verdict: Overall it is a strong tool but it does have a learning curve.

Pros: InSync EHR is decent for keeping patient records organized and helps manage tasks efficiently. The patient portal is good and patients have less trouble accessing their records now. I like that I can send prescriptions electronically easily.
Cons: The problem is that the software freezes sometimes especially after updates. I also feel that setting up new features is not very straightforward.
Verdict: It is alright but not great.
