The PM’s front office features allow users to schedule and manage appointments and resources across locations with ease, check patients in and confirm insurance eligibility. Intergy includes powerful features to help staff integrate and streamline billing for multiple specialties and locations. The software also features rules-based scheduling to help improve patient turnout.
Administrators can import an image of a patient’s photo ID and insurance card, control check-in for deactivated patients, and check a patient’s coverage at the time of check-in using the Automated Eligibility Verification feature. Practices can avoid claim rejections and insurance issues using automatic eligibility verification, leading to a smoother billing process. Practices can utilize the optional Claim Scrubbing application to check insurance claims before submission.

Pros: I personally like the patient messaging feature as it not only communicates appointment times but also provides instructions for procedures, and other information that is of use. It has also helped us improve our front office service and reduced the no-show rates.

Pros: It is such a comprehensive and easy to use software. We use the dashboards to track performance as well as gaps on diagnoses, lab results, vitals, visits, risk level etc.
Cons: We have had trouble with charts. It is not as simple or easy to link or merge two charts into one.

Pros: It has everything we needed to run our practice smoothly. Our staff has been quite happy with the system. It should be good for small to mid-size clinics especially if not in a centralized physical location.
Cons: It has been hard to keep templates together for all the doctors.
