Pros: Very easy to use software. It has the best patient appointment tracking system. It has made most of our tasks very easy. Its customer service is also amazing unlike our previous software.
Cons: The system froze a few times and some times does not sync completely esp after an update not sure if it will happen every time.
Verdict: Overall a great EHR.

Pros: Lighthouse is very easy to use. It has helped us keep our patients fully involved in their treatment and minimize any broken appointments. Also our sales and profits have increased massively.
Cons: Quite a few errors and glitches during the initial phase. Also we could not check if the appointments have been confirmed or not.
Verdict: The most convenient EHR software.

Pros: One of the best EMR software we have used in a long time even though I am still trying to figure out certain sections since been using only the scheduling management.
Cons: I do not feel we were completely trained on the entire product.
