Pros: MDConnection PM Software was very easy to understand and use. After using it for some time now we are so sure it is the best software for our practice.

Cons: Some of its features are useless to be honest and they should either be removed or there should be a system to delete them.

Pros: It was very easy to understand and use MDConnection PM software. And the one thing that makes it look so easy is the billing feature. Also, the system runs very smooth, so there is never any interruptions as far as the running of the software is concerned.

Cons: Like every software maybe, some of the issues we have had were minor but frustrating as every time we contacted the customer service they always took time, so much that we had to do a lot of work manually.

Verdict: MDConnection PM is a good software and reasonably priced as well.
