MedEZ EHR is an integrated solution for Substance Abuse and Behavioral Health Centers. MedEZ EHR offers a complete medical management system with Electronic Health Records (EHR) Software, medical billing, and patient scheduling tools. The main EHR software is designed for small to medium-sized practices that include family and internal medicine, OB/GYN, pain management and pediatrics practices. MedEz also develops EMR systems for medium to large-sized ambulatories, behavioral health centers, psychiatric hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and correctional facilities.
The Ambulatory Health Management is offered through MedEZ – Doctor / Clinic Electronic Medical Records (EMR) which is fully customizable and offers office management and billing software that automates the daily operations of practices. Physicians can access patient profiles, their medical histories and schedule information all in one place. The software comes with clinical decision support and suggests so providers can give better care.
The EHR offers one-click scheduling allowing users to manage patient appointments with multiple doctor schedules. Administrators can pull out reports such as billing reports, accounts receivable and statistics. Users can also view daily tasks to stay up to date.
The EHR’s patient dashboard allows practitioners to view complete patient lists, their vital signs, patient history, review of system and history of present illness. The EHR’s clinical dashboard allows providers to access patient exams and billing details, e-pharmacy, document manager, form generation, notes, and immunizations.
The software’s Medical billing software is HIPAA-compliant and helps to streamline the billing, collections, and accounts receivable management functions of a practice. It automates the billing process through automatic payment posting, batch billing, and electronic claim submission.

Pros: I am super impressed with its full-service operations of the dashboard. It has all the inpatient programs which allow us to fulfill all of our daily clinical operations. The flexibility of its scheduling tool to book and appoint, manage and track patients in the outpatient program is very advance level.
Cons: There were very minor glitches at the starting of the installation process.
Verdict: Great software.

Pros: It is a good software for a good price. The scheduling has a nice and easy format.
Cons: Customer service is quite poor they hardly ever answer any calls or emails.
Verdict: I would rather not recommend it.
