Pros: Medisoft has been helpful for managing billing and keeping patient records organized. It is not the most modern software but it works okay for a small practice. Once you get past the learning curve it is fairly easy to navigate.
Cons: The customer support is slow to respond and sometimes I have to wait days for an answer. The system has occasional glitches that disrupt my workflow.
Verdict: It is an average EHR system that does what it is supposed to but it does not stand out in any way. If they improved customer service and fixed the bugs it would be much better.

Pros: Medisoft has made it easy to keep track of patient records in one place. I like that it is simple to use once you get the hang of it and does not have too many unnecessary features. I can quickly access my notes and billing without a problem.
Cons: The interface looks very outdated and could use a refresh. It sometimes runs slow when multiple users are logged in at the same time.
Verdict: It does the job but it is not the best out there. If you want something simple and affordable it might work but it has its limits.

Pros: I like that it is an affordable EHR system for small clinics. It has basic scheduling and billing features that help keep my practice running smoothly. It does not take long to learn how to use it which is a plus for my staff.
Cons: There are not many advanced features and it lacks integrations with other tools. It can be frustrating when trying to customize templates for different patient needs.
Verdict: It is a decent option if you want something straightforward but it may not work well for bigger clinics with complex needs.

Pros: This software is very outdated and clunky and I do not enjoy using it. It crashes often and makes my work harder rather than easier. The reports function does not always give accurate data.
Cons: Customer service is almost impossible to reach and when you do they are not very helpful. The software is very slow and freezes a lot.
Verdict: I do not recommend this software at all. It has caused me more stress than convenience and I am looking for a replacement.
