Pros: Our transition to this new system did not take very long and it was very easy both in administrative and a user perspective. The support teams are very warm and hand on. There have not been many episodes where we required much technical help but whenever we did, they were quick to provide a solution.
Cons: Patient charts are slightly confusing compared to its other features.
Verdict: It is an excellent practice management software solution.

Pros: I really like all of its features but scheduling and billing functions are perhaps the best I have used. They are complete and simple to learn and use.
Cons: The customer support is not as quick to respond as we would expect.

Pros: Though it has not been very long that we switched to Medworxs EHR software but ever since we installed it our entire system has become super efficient and fast. Training our staff was such a breeze as it is such an easy to use software.
Cons: Just the layout and color scheme could be separating the different features for convenience make it appear more modern.
Verdict: An overall superb software, I would highly recommend.
