It provides HIPAA Compliant data security via Microsoft Cloud to make sure all the data stays safe and secure. The key features provided by MOGO Practice Management Software include clinical documentation, electronic signature capturing, inter-office messaging, line-item billing, employee tracking, diagnostic reports, and online forms for the registration of patients. Other services it offers are patient scheduling, billing, automatic scheduling, and digital imaging.
The automated electronic appointment reminders (namely the e-Reminders feature) enable the medical staff to send appointment confirmations, recall cards, and personalized messages to ensure proper communication between the patient and the practice. The patients who view or reply to these outreach methods are automatically tagged.

Pros: Not sure if I have ever come across a more dedicated team in helping improve the patient outcomes. They are a highly skilled team behind this extra ordinary EMR Software solution.
Cons: We had to seek assistance a few times during the initial set up but not otherwise.

Pros: Mogo is a great software system. It has helped us raise the bar on patient observance and reduced the overall time from imaging to diagnosis to create stage changes in the dental solutions that we provide.
Cons: Nothing as such, very few glitches on our first update but never after that.
Verdict: Easy to set and easy to use.

Pros: With Mogo care and practice management solution we have been able to divest resource-intensive workforce and focus solely on patient dental care and revenue-boosting tasks. This has set our program up for success and has enabled us to concentrate on growing.
Cons: We have had some power issue earlier but the support was so quick to respond.
Verdict: Overall a great software for dental practices of any size.
