myEvolv provides a comprehensive approach to client, case and clinical management that results in improved care coordination. CareRecords allows real-time access to patient records at all times, in the office and on the field. The staff has point-of-care access to important crucial data. The software allows organizations to report on a wide range of outcomes measures that include improvement in client level of functioning, their achievement of goals, and a decrease in medication errors. Netsmart has also partnered with Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Services to construct documentation and procedures for MST into myEvolv for MST. The centralization of clinical data enables providers to better meet strict reporting requirements and focus more on evidence-based practices.
myEvolv’s billing and claims management software significantly reduces errors in billing by eliminating the need for coders. Clinicians can enter progress notes and additional relevant information, and the financial management functionality can interpret this clinical data into claims based on the contract and defined payer rules.

Pros: This software solution is very easy to implement and simple to use. It displays the history of patient medication very clearly for safer prescribing and provides convenient access for our physicians. It has improved our patient care to a great extent, reduced errors, and saved us loads of time.
Cons: The customer service is not as efficient, quite a slow service.
