Pros: Net Health EMR allows me to access patient charts quickly. The software is very useful during busy clinic hours. The customizable templates make charting faster and it has a fairly simple interface. It integrates smoothly with our billing software which is a huge plus.
Cons: The mobile app is extremely limited and some features are only available on the desktop version. It is inconvenient when working remotely or on the go.
Verdict: For a small practice it is a solid choice with good overall performance.

Pros: Its charting capabilities are decent and the integration with labs and diagnostic tools is seamless. The learning curve is not steep and I could get the hang of it after a few days of use. It is functional for most daily tasks like managing patient histories.
Cons: Customer support has been less than helpful when we had issues.
Verdict: I would not recommend it to anyone needing immediate assistance or facing complex technical problems regularly.
