Pros: Our practice relies on accurate coding and billing and we required a detailed record keeping software system which is what we got with this EMR. It does everything as well as continues to help generate revenue at the same time.

Cons: The support teams are not as efficient and quick to respond would appreciate if they improve.

Pros: While OneTouch EMR offers both the PM and EMR, and they bridge together.

Cons: I have to call, open up the page and wait for them to call me back. I get on-the-spot help without having to wait, unlike with the other software wherein.

Pros: OneTouch is customizable, we love all of its features. It allows us to set the previous time and the end of the visit and then an alert is created.

Cons: There is some difficulty with the compendium staying current.

Verdict: Labs show automatically there are on top of the page that makes easy to find labs, tasks, prescription requests, etc.

Cons: I have worked on this before. Their software is better for chiropractors, not for orthopedic surgeons.

Pros: We were using a different billing and encoding software in the past and we started to look into OneTouch EMR Software for the benefits that it seems to provide.

Cons: I could do training at any time but had to have done that certain dates when they would they have availability.

Verdict: We have been using this system for a little more than two years now. It is great.

Pros: We have just started using it, so I am going to give OneTouch EMR Software more time. So far everything is very smooth and easy.

Cons: Some glitches here and there. But like I said, I would like to give it some time.

Pros: We saw that there were other benefits such as being able to check eligibility right there in the software program and being able to integrate it with our EHR system.

Cons: But there are a bunch of issues with their program at times.

Cons: If you want to source it out to and they need the supporting documents, this is when the other EHR software is supposed to kick out.

Pros: I wish that they can change for us but, it has been wonderful and overall, it is way better than the old practice management that we have so we will go with OneTouch EMR.

Cons: I feel that the training portion of it could be a little bit more in-depth.
