Pros: It conveniently customizes all of our templates and diagrams e-Prescribing (e-Rx) as well as printed prescriptions.

Cons: We have not had any issues with Open Dental software. I am not suggesting that it is a perfect system. But I have to say we have been with them for the past 2 years.

Verdict: It is definitely worth recommending as it is a very efficient software.

Cons: The initial training was very tedious. Our staff had to go through various sessions to finally get the hold of it.
