Pros: It is very easy to work with and has improved the quality of our healthcare organization. The payments are also quicker and easier which is quite thing to not worry about anymore. It has enabled us to track patients across the full scale of care.
Cons: Some tabs are tricky and get confusing at times with this software.

Pros: I really like all its features esp its entire library of patient assessments that can be accessed by our physicians. It not only collects the data but also regulates and integrates provider data from different platforms. I also love the fact that its database supports a massive provider network.
Cons: They system slowed down a few times but nothing major.

Pros: Optum EHR is very advanced yet so easy to simple to use and understand. Its presentation of data present is meaningful and gives a complete view of health care journeys of our patients. What I find even more impressive is how its data representation is integrated to all its systems.
Cons: The changes after an update are a bit confusing and take a while to get hold of.
Verdict: An amazing EMR software.

Pros: The system worked fairly well when we were a small practice. As our practice grows - the slower the system gets. After months of arguing that our system is running too slow, they identified the issue as a "bug" in their system and will at some point place it on a list to eventually be looked at. There are reports that we cannot run and areas of the system we cannot use due to "a long running script".
Cons: Way too expensive for what you receive. System issues not being resolved is the biggest complaint. A system "bug" is not important to the support staff, even though it greatly affects our ability to be productive.
Verdict: An overall good software.
