patientNOW offers Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software solutions to medical practices like plastic surgery, medical spas, health & wellness, and dermatology. The software solution features both on-cloud and on-premise deployment. It also provides compatibility with various windows operating system handheld devices.

patientNOW Electronic Health Records (EHR) software helps practices in automating workflows, managing interactions with patients that help them to retain their existing patients and get new ones.

The EMR and PM solution features e-prescribing (e-Rx), lab integration, ONC-ATCB certification, narrative reports, and procedure workflows. Furthermore, patientNOW provides a suite of Practice Management (PM) applications including medical billing, patient scheduling, accounting, and a picture archiving system (PACS). The real-time patient portal offers doctors the ability to directly interact with patients that helps in delivering automated follow-up messages and patient’s appointment alerts.

patientNOW Electronic Medical Records (EMR) provides services on a subscription-based pricing model and offers customer support through phone and email.

    Pros: Highly customization and worthwhile if you put in the effort to tailor it to your practice.

    Cons: I don't know because I don't trust them to handle my practice Maybe it's fine now.

    Pros: Its greatest assets continue to be its ease of use, and individualizing templates for specific clinical practice needs.

    Cons: I have seen this problem go from something that was disrupting my practice to more of an occasional nuisance.

    Verdict: Continuous updates to improve and expand its usefulness.
