Pros: PayDC EMR Software helps speed up billing and reduce claim rejections
Cons: I dislike that the sales promised features that didn’t work as expected.
Verdict: We’ve been using PayDC EMR Software for a couple of years now and overall the experience has been mixed but manageable. When we were short-staffed their team was actually constructive. Setting up training calls was easy and we received one-on-one support during our transition. Anytime something goes wrong, calling support usually gets us back up and running fairly quickly which I do appreciate.

Pros: It is an affordable and compliant web-based system.
Cons: Making changes to past notes is not easy. And also, sometimes the system gets too slow for unknown reasons.
Verdict: Good software. Would recommend.

Pros: Most of its features like the patient dashboard are customizable which we have been utilizing according to the procedures of our practice.
Cons: I would just say that its layout may not particularly be intuitive for some.
