Cons: Document generation is quite confusing.

Cons: Even though most of its features are customizable but the customization itself is not as easy.

Pros: With Penelope we can conveniently keep track of our client files electronically. It is so easy to prepare and write case reports now.
Cons: Our only issue is when we must switch between screens to access information of different genres. This sometimes makes the tasks time consuming as well as confusing.
Verdict: An overall great software but needs a little improvement.
