Pros: This EHR does exactly what I need it to do without making things harder. Charting is smooth and the workflow makes sense for orthopedics. Training my staff did not take long.
Cons: Customer service is not always responsive. Had a billing sync issue last month that took time to fix.
Verdict: I am generally happy with this system and would recommend it to other ortho clinics. Some hiccups but nothing deal breaking.

Cons: It does freeze sometimes and needs restarting. Would like more customization options.
Verdict: Good for orthopedic practices who want something that mostly works out of the box. Not perfect but it gets the job done.

Pros: I like that it is tailored for orthopedics and has tools I actually use. Notes are faster now and I spend less time documenting.
Cons: Tech support has been disappointing at times. Some updates seem to cause more problems than they fix.
Verdict: It works fine for the most part but I do wish support was better. Not the best but better than a lot of generic EHRs out there.
