    Pros: I find it really smooth to chart during patient visits. The updates actually improve the workflow which is rare for most EHRs. Integration with billing is working great so far.

    Cons: The initial learning curve was rough for my staff.

    Pros: I like that the system is visually simple and easy on the eyes. The dashboard keeps all the important items in one place which helps me stay organized. Scheduling is straightforward and fits my daily needs well.

    Cons: Sometimes the prescription module crashes and I have to reload it.

    Verdict: A decent EHR for everyday use with a few hiccups here and there. Would recommend for smaller practices.

    Pros: Picasso EHR helps me track patient history quickly. The notes section is customizable which saves me a lot of time. I also find it easy to train new staff on this system.

    Cons: It does lag a bit when too many tabs are open.

    Verdict: Not perfect but really good for managing a small clinic. The occasional lag is tolerable considering the benefits.
