Pros: I like everything about PracticePro. It is super efficient and easy to use and has great flexible templates. It has helped us spend less time charting, and spend more time caring.
Cons: The system gets affected by the connection sometimes.

Pros: It has turned out to be the best decision for our practice. It has not only helped us streamline our workflow but has given to us multiple ways to navigate through different patient charts. Its scheduling is also one of the best we have used keeping us organized and informed.
Cons: Just the training was not as easy and took us a while to get hold of the system.
Verdict: A very smart EHR system.

Pros: With PracticePro EHR the access of registration, appointments and payments has all become very easy. We can manage our practice and measure performance with reports, dashboards and enterprise analytics.
Cons: The support response is not as quick as we would expect.
Verdict: A very well designed software system.

Pros: The system worked fairly well when we were a small practice. As our practice grows - the slower the system gets. After months of arguing that our system is running too slow, they identified the issue as a "bug" in their system and will at some point place it on a list to eventually be looked at. There are reports that we cannot run and areas of the system we cannot use due to "a long running script".
Cons: Way too expensive for what you receive. System issues not being resolved is the biggest complaint. A system "bug" is not important to the support staff, even though it greatly affects our ability to be productive.
Verdict: A good software but needs improvements.
