Pros: The support has been outstanding. We were provided with guidance and help through every step of the way straight from the time of transition from our older practice management software which was incredibly challenging until it was up and running. We could not have been more grateful and satisfied in the choice we made with PT Practice Pro.

Pros: The best thing about Practice Pro is the paperless billing. With the patient portal every document or statement of the patients are available online where they can easily view and make payments without us having to send them out in printed form. All it requires is a few clicks and the job is done. And the best part is automated notifications which never let you miss out on any task. It is peace of mind and a sense of security for not only us but our patients too, who matter the most to us.
Cons: Poor customer service, could do better.
Verdict: A very well designed software solution.

Pros: Practice Pro I believe is the easiest to use physical therapy software for scheduling. It is very intuitive, and its design is such that it provides some of the most powerful features like billing, and documentation all in one screen.
Cons: Although it was only once that we had to contact the customer service but the experience was not as satisfactory, they took longer than expected to respond.
Verdict: It is an amazing software.

Pros: Love its fast documentation and its capability to allow us to customize the templates or create our own custom templates easily.
Cons: I would expect it to have more frequent updates to bring more system improvements and developments.
