Pros: What we like most about Pulse EHR software is the flexibility. We can set up different workflows and templates for individual providers instead of making everyone document in exactly the same way.
Cons: The amount of customization is helpful but it can also make the system feel a little overwhelming at first.
Verdict: The ability to configure workflows for our individual providers is probably Pulse EHR systems biggest strength. It also covers important clinical functions such as electronic prescribing, computerized physician order entry, documentation, quality reporting, and clinical templates.

Pros: It is very easy to use and has a very impressive design. The best thing is that most of its features can be configured as per the workflow of our practice which is usually on a per provider basis and just what we needed. It even has the capability to track our work performance and that is an added plus.
Cons: Learning curve maybe.

Pros: I really like how this software has been designed keeping the actual users in mind. It has some great features which include key information that can be customised as well, like the registration details and a very centralized scheduling. It is also very easy to change reimbursement models, the medical coding and even billing procedures.
Cons: Support is very slow to respond.
Verdict: Should be a great asset to any organisation.
