Pros: We made Remedly our choice because it is cloud based and it is obviously the need of the time. It has helped us to not worry about logging in on various platforms. We get all the data and information where ever we want and whenever we want. The system is very smooth and robust.
Cons: Their customer service and follow through are quite poor. Also there are often several errors when notes taking.
Verdict: An overall great software, would recommend.
