Pros: Fantastic service. Simple to use and comprehend for new staff members. It is a terrific idea to answer queries and teach new hires through customer service.

Cons: It appears like certain functions may be simplified by requiring fewer steps than the ones they now require.

Pros: The customer support is really good which makes the use really comfortable and easy.

Cons: When a patient is brought back it would be good if there was an audible tone.

Verdict: This was the first ever EMR I used and I just love its user-friendly interface. I was surprised how only one or two training sessions made me fluent in its use.

Cons: The integration with other software needs to be improved. The update time and its effect on the customers also need to be kept under consideration.

Verdict: The quality is really good although the customer service can be improved a bit. There need to be more representatives to answer the queries. Getting new providers enrolled in the software can also get tricky at times.

Pros: This software can get a bit tricky to understand at times but the experts they have to help you get it and make everything easy. The cloud-based server and the ability for account holders to add/delete users and customize everything does the thing for me.

Cons: Their servers go down sometimes. Notification pop-ups could use some fixing. Moreover, import and export are not global.

Verdict: This one needs some work but I'm completely satisfied with the current workability of the software.

Pros: It takes very little effort to get comfortable with its use. Also, it is easy to operate and can be customized to the user's liking.

Cons: There are little issues with the email system, but nothing very critical. Note creation also has some bugs that need to be fixed.

Verdict: After using a lot of EMRs I can confidently say that Sevocity is the best one yet. I personally have a family practice clinic and would recommend this for any primary care physicians.

Pros: Setting up the interface was incredibly easy with Practice Management software, and the overall software is very efficient to use as a billing company. Checking meaningful use with optional reports is very convenient.

Cons: Our practice would find patient charges to be so helpful if implemented.

Verdict: This EHR is so efficient and simple for our billing practice and it works so well at integrating with our other software.

Pros: We have been utilizing the patient portal to help facilitate the collection and documentation of new patient information and follow-ups.

Cons: It's pretty difficult for specialties to meet the requirements and takes a lot of research, google and networking with others.

Verdict: We've had opportunities to change to vendors who are Sevocity-specific.

Pros: The customer support!!!! I called in as late as 10 at night and got my queries answered. Love this support.

Cons: The recall feature wasn't working properly. Other than that everything was fine.

Verdict: I got to know about this through a colleague and when I tried it out, I was impressed. I am so glad I made this decision. Will surely recommend to others.

Pros: Fantastic ease of use for such a general EMR software, customer support was good but wasnt needed much at all.

Cons: No notification of when a patient is ready to be called back, which sometimes leaves them waiting longer than they should be.

Verdict: For the first EHR I have ever used, it is very easy to learn through only a couple training sessions. Sevocity has made a good first impression on me.

Cons: Id prefer the interface to be more consistent with when it chooses to update because this affects our output with customers. There should be a warning before it updates. Also the person answering calls on your customer support hotline needs better training.

Cons: It is very costly which gave us a lot to consider before choosing this software solution for our practice.

Pros: Everything is well-organized within the software. Easy to locate, easy to comprehend. Value for money is okay.

Cons: The cut and paste feature in the plan section doesn't work very good. Also, internal changes must be allowed to the user without the assistance of the organization.

Verdict: Overall quality is satisfactory. Some of the improvements as suggested, if done properly, can make it the best EMR software out there.
