Pros: It is visually very appealing and overall very easy to use. The installation was very smooth and it has streamlined our workflow. I also love how it continues to improve and bring in new changes with regular updates.
Cons: We experienced bugs and errors during and after a few updates but the support teams were very helpful and quick to fix them for us in no time.

Pros: Not just myself but my patients love it too. It keeps my entire system nice and tidy. The scheduling is so much clearer and insurance billing has become a breeze. Before I had SimplePractice installed into my practice, I was using paper notes and along with that there were three other platforms I had to use. But now it is all in one system which is just great.
Cons: The color coding could have a bit more options.

Pros: The best thing about SimplePractice is its automated billing process. It has streamlined our entire billing structure into one place. This software system was so easy to install and to set up auto pay, file and track insurance claims is now all a work of just a few clicks.
Cons: Only that the payment set up needs to be upgraded as it does not allow partial payments yet.
Verdict: One of the best solutions in the market.
