Pros: I have found SRS to be extremely user friendly for our business. We employ a massive range of employees between the ages of 20 up to their 70s so there is a large gap in their skillset. The fact that SRS EMR can put all employees on an even playing field is incredibly impressive!
Cons: There is a large delay in turn around time for support when we submitted a trouble ticket which we found very disappointing.
Verdict: Overall we have found SRS to be very simple, reliable and easy to use. Highly recommend!

Cons: Patient portal needs to be improved
