Pros: Symplast has given us a great platform to start our practice. The feature set, practicality and ease of use has been great so far and their support has been amazing. Being able to integrate with other practice management software is also a great feature.
Cons: So far the main complaint has just been the overall user interface.
Verdict: I would highly recommend this EMR software. It offers great value.

Pros: It has definitely tailored to be more suitable as an EMR software and I think they have done a good job in that respect.
Cons: It is a little bit dated, and could have a more optimized workflow.
Verdict: To be honest I say that it is the not best available EMR software. I think there are a lot of other solutions which provide the same sort of service but offer much better value.
