Uprise has a comprehensive claims management solution that allows providers to send and track claims electronically and generate claims for review, helping to increase claim acceptance and expedite reimbursement.

Pros: Easy to use and self-explanatory. The most amazing aspect of it is its ability for let our patients interact patients by communicating and educating through its patient portal. There are various opportunities for them where they can fill out questionnaires, review exam history, access educational material, and more.
Cons: Customer support is quite poor.

Pros: Its reporting is very comprehensive. It covers all the aspects and gives detailed operational, financial, auditing, and analysis reports enable us to identify where we need to correct issues before they chip away at our bottom line.
Cons: Quite a few glitches at times of updates which we would love to avoid.
Verdict: An overall good software with a fairly intuitive layout.
