Pros: What stands out to me about zHealth EHR software is how much of the front office work can be automated. Online appointment booking digital intake patient reminders text messaging payments and billing are all connected with the clinical workflow.
Cons: The customization is useful but it is not always as flexible as I expected. Some changes require going through the support or development process instead of allowing the practice to make the changes independently.
Verdict: zHealth EHR software is a strong option for us.
